After an accident, we work with you and every insurance company to help with as much as possible, so you have one less thing to worry about. If your vehicle is disabled or has any safety concerns with drivability, we offer towing services and can arrange for a rental vehicle if needed.
Once we review our damage assessment with you and you approve, we can submit all documentation directly to your insurance company on your behalf. While we do work with every insurance company, ultimately, we work for our customers to provide safe, proper and complete repairs. Even if you choose to have your vehicle repaired somewhere else, please ask to be involved in decisions that affect quality, safety, and the longevity of your vehicle.

Our business was founded by Shannon Christian in 1996 and has grown into 2 locations employing over 35 team members. Our new location on the east side of Brainerd serves as the collision center and company offices, while our original location on Ironwood specializes in mechanical repairs, snowplows, and marine and RV repairs. Quality, Transparency, and Integrity are a large part of what you will experience if you choose us to repair your vehicle. Through education, training, and embracing new technologies we have been able to keep pace with changing repair requirements, this is no easy task if you think about how far modern vehicles have come in the last few years. We utilize the latest in repair technology and are committed to completing safe and proper repairs to return your vehicle to pre-loss condition.
